Privacy policy
Last updated: 22 March 2026
Bootflux (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This policy explains what personal data we may collect when you visit bootflux.com (or our deployed domain), how we use it, and your choices. It is a practical summary, not legal advice.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, service you select, and the message you type. Submissions are delivered through our form provider (e.g. Web3Forms) to our inbox; we use the details only to understand your project and reply.
- Email: If you email us (e.g. at hello@bootflux.com), we receive whatever you put in the message and headers.
- Scheduling: If you use our Cal.com link, Cal.com processes the data you enter under their own terms and privacy policy.
- Technical data: Like most sites, our host and any analytics you enable may process IP address, browser type, and similar technical information in server logs or analytics tools.
Why we use it
We use contact details to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, and run the studio. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your form submission for unrelated marketing unless you clearly agree to that separately.
Analytics
If we turn on privacy-friendly or standard analytics (for example Plausible or Google Analytics), those services receive limited usage data according to their documentation. You can use browser controls or extensions to limit tracking.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails and form-related correspondence only as long as needed to work with you or meet legal obligations, then delete or archive them in line with our business practices.
Where data goes
We work remotely (e.g. from Karachi) and may use providers outside your country (hosting, email, scheduling, analytics). They act as processors where applicable. We choose reputable services and reasonable safeguards.
Cookies
This marketing site does not rely on non-essential cookies by default. Third-party scripts you enable (analytics, embedded widgets) may set their own cookies or storage; check their policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain uses. To exercise these or ask questions, email hello@bootflux.com.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this page when our practices or tools change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
